Course description
Online and blended learning have become an essential part of modern education. Effective digital teaching requires more than using platforms, it requires clear structure, meaningful interaction and student-centred design.
This course helps educators plan and deliver engaging online and blended learning experiences. Participants will learn how to organise content, facilitate interaction, monitor participation and support student progress using practical digital tools.
The training is hands-on and classroom-oriented. Participants will design ready-to-use online activities and develop a structured digital learning plan adapted to their teaching context.
Objectives
- Understand the principles of effective online and blended learning
- Design structured and student-centred digital learning environments
- Increase student engagement and interaction online
- Organise digital content and learning pathways clearly
- Apply online assessment and feedback strategies
- Monitor participation and learning progress using digital tools
- Develop a sustainable online or blended teaching model
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Plan and deliver interactive online lessons
- Structure digital content into clear learning sequences
- Use tools to support communication, collaboration and engagement
- Apply formative and summative online assessment methods
- Monitor student participation and progress
- Support student motivation and digital wellbeing
- Develop and present an online or blended course plan
Methodology
The course is based on experiential and collaborative learning, combining short theoretical inputs with practical workshops, simulations and reflection activities.
Participants will:
- explore and test digital platforms and online teaching tools
- analyse real online learning scenarios and case studies
- design and adapt their own online lessons
- participate in simulations of online teaching sessions
- work individually and in international teams
